Important! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By clicking Book This Trip at the bottom of this screen you acknowledge your agreement and that your reservation booked on the GOGO Worldwide Vacations Web Site comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The packages presented on this web site are provided by GOGO Worldwide Vacations, hereafter referred to as GOGO. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as charged by GOGO Worldwide Vacations.

Reservations and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. We accept the following U.S. credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. GOGO does not accept non-U.S. credit cards. For security reasons, we do not accept third-party purchases on the site. The credit card holder must be a passenger. For your safety, documents will only be delivered to the credit card holders billing address. GOGO will not accept responsibility for document delivery to any apartment building without a doorman or concierge.

Cancellations and Refunds
All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation charge per adult. This charge will be in addition to any cancellation charges imposed by airlines and/or hotels. Airline tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Revisions & Changes
There will be no charge for an initial revision, except for long distance calls and cables. Each additional revision will be charged $12.50 per booking. Airlines may impose additional change fees of up to $200 per reservation, plus any charges or increases in airfare for changes. Hotels also may impose additional fees for changes.

Express Handling Fee
Bookings made within three weeks of travel (within 21 days of departure) are subject to an express handling charge of $15.00 which will be added to the Total Package Price under Miscellaneous Fees.

Not Included in Package Price
While traveling you may incur additional expenses that are not included in your package price, including, but not limited to the following:

Tipping and Porterage: Our package price does not include porterage at airport and hotels; tips to local representatives, sightseeing guides, restaurant employees, hotel bellmen and chambermaids; wines, liquors, laundry or any other items of a personal nature as well as any items not specifically mentioned within itinerary. Tipping is left to your discretion.

Car, Moped or Scooter Rental: Car rental rates for packages that include a car do not include gasoline, taxes, optional insurance, CDW, underage and additional driver charges or airport charges. These charges are payable to the car rental company directly.

Local Taxes and Service Charges: Local room tax, energy surcharges and service charges on room and meals are not included unless specified. Taxes and service charges are based on the hotels daily room tariff and not on the land package price. Local governments may impose additional taxes including, but not limited to, departure taxes which may not be included in your package price.

Flight Delays: Airlines are not required by law to pay for en route expenses, meals, hotels, taxis, and phone calls if your flight is delayed for any reason.

Refunds for Unused Services
Unused hotel nights are refundable only if they cover a minimum of two consecutive nights and only to the extent that the tour operator receives refund from the hotels, after deducting cancellation charges levied by hotel, if any. Unused transfers and/or sightseeing tours included in the basic tours will only be refunded only to the extent that the tour operator receives a refund from the supplier. To get a prompt refund for unused services, clients must submit written proof from the hotel or other operator that services were unused and are refundable. A check-out bill from the hotel in question will be accepted in lieu of special certification. If no proof is furnished, a refund may be made pending an investigation, which may take up to three months. TO BE ACCEPTED, ALL REFUND CLAIMS MUST BE PRESENTED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE TRIP HAS ENDED. No refund or adjustment will be made for any changes, cancellations or modifications of services provided in this itinerary, if the tour participant makes such changes during the tour.

Participating Carriers
These tours are sold in conjunction with the services of all approved ARC and IATA member carriers. Government regulations now enable air carriers to increase their fares on 24-hour notice.

Flight Confirmation

We recommend that you reconfirm exact flight times with the carrier prior to departure. Air travelers are required to check in at least 2 hours prior to departure time and must report to the gate at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the loss of your seat to another passenger.

Car, Moped or Scooter Rental
A valid Drivers License, major credit card and/or large cash deposit is necessary for car rentals. All countries have a minimum age requirement

Be Prepared With Proper Documentation
United States citizens are required to have a valid passport to enter or re-enter the USA via airline transportation. Visit http://www.travel.state.gov for information on how to obtain a passport, including forms, fees, and how to locate a passport acceptance facility near you. If you need a passport in a hurry, use a passport expediting service for an additional fee. Visit http://www.itseasypassport.com for our recommended service, "It's Easy Vital Documents To Go". Many destinations require passports to be valid at least 6 months beyond the completion of travel date. If you are not a U.S. citizen, check with the consulate of the country to which you are traveling for entry requirements.

Hazardous Conditions
GOGO Worldwide Vacations has no special knowledge of and shall not be liable for, hazardous conditions at international destinations, including, but not limited to, weather hazards, health hazards, unsafe conditions, suppliersÆ bankruptcies or the suitability for disabled persons of any portion of the tour. Responsibility
GOGO WORLDWIDE VACATIONS, 69 SPRING STREET, RAMSEY, NJ 07446, AND/OR THEIR AGENTS AND OFFICES AND/OR SUPPLIERS OF SERVICES PURSUANT TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THESE ITINERARIES SHALL ACT ONLY AS AGENTS FOR THE PASSENGER IN MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR HOTELS, TRANSPORTATION, RESTAURANTS, OR ANY OTHER SERVICE AND DO NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, ACCIDENT OR DELAY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY DUE TO AN ACT OF NEGLIGENCE OF, OR DEFAULT OF, ANY HOTEL, CARRIER, RESTAURANT, COMPANY OR PERSON RENDERING ANY OF THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE TOUR, OR BY ACT OF GOD. FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DELAY DUE TO SICKNESS, PILFERAGE, LABOR DISPUTES, MACHINERY BREAKDOWN, QUARANTINE, GOVERNMENT RESTRAINTS, WEATHER OR OTHER CAUSE BEYOND THEIR PERSONAL CONTROL. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. THE AIRLINES CONCERNED ARE NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACT, OMISSION, OR EVENT, DURING THE TIME PASSENGERS ARE NOT ON BOARD THEIR PLANES OR CONVEYANCE. THE PASSAGE CONTRACT IN USE BY THE AIRLINES CONCERNED, WHEN ISSUED, SHALL CONSTITUTE THE SOLE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE AIRLINES AND PURCHASER OF THESE TOURS AND/OR PASSENGER. THE RIGHT IS RESERVED TO WITHDRAW ANY PROGRAM OFFERED HERE AND/OR MAKE SUCH CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM(S) AS MAY BE FOUND DESIRABLE FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE PARTIES AND THE PROPER CARRYING OUT OF TOUR(S). GOGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ACCOMMODATIONS, IF NECESSARY, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF GOGO. SPECIAL REQUESTS SUCH AS ROOM LOCATION, SPECIAL MEALS, OR ASSISTANCE WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO THE APPROPRIATE PARTY, BUT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED BY GOGO. PRICES ARE BASED ON RATES IN EFFECT (INCLUDING FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATES) AT THE TIME OF POSTING AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. SPECIAL OFFERS MAY BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME.

Jurisdiction
All disputes and matters arising under or in connection with, or incident to the responsibilities of GOGO Worldwide Vacations., shall be submitted for trial without jury in the Federal Court of New Jersey located in Newark, or in the State Courts of New Jersey located in Bergen County. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
